Meet Alex

Alex joined the Giorgi Companies in February of 2023 as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator. His role in the EHS Department entails implementing, maintaining, and developing health and safety programs to ensure there is a safe and healthy workplace. In his role, he develops and schedules training to maintain regulatory compliance as well as overall health, safety, and environmental awareness. Monitoring environmental regulatory compliance and practices are among other responsibilities involved in his position.

Alex comes on board with 5 years of experience in the EHS Field holding different positions in the field of safety. Having recently completed his Associate Safety Professional certification (BCSP), he is actively working on his dual Master’s Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and Homeland Security at the American Military University – Charles Town, West Virginia.

In his personal life, Alex enjoys the simple things in life, like a summer breeze by the bonfire, traveling to new places, and spending time with family.
