Meet Janet

Janet recently joined CCA. Her career has consisted of 23 years in the manufacturing industry; while the last 10 years have been concentrated in the warehouse and logistics sector.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the shipping/receiving department, developing plans to meet the challenging demands of the transportation industry and utilizing her industry knowledge to supervise process improvements and optimizations. She is passionate about employee engagement and strives to develop and mentor each of her team members.

Janet has lived in the Reading area for 30 years but is a native of Puerto Rico – giving her the benefit of being bilingual in Spanish and English. Her family is her motivation and inspiration. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 grown children (1 son and 3 daughters), who have blessed her with 5 beautiful grand-babies. In her spare time, she enjoys watching family movies, listening to music, and cooking
