Meet Jhensen

Jhensen joined the Giorgi family in January of 2018 as a Human Resources Assistant. His role entails overall administration, coordination and evaluation of Human Resources practices such as employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, training and development, leave of absence administration, Worker’s Compensation, among many other responsibilities.

Jhensen came onboard with 13 years of experience in Human Resources and holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Project Management and Human Resources from DeVry University – North Brunswick, NJ Campus.

Employee relations and engagement have been a driving factor of his career as this has made him easy to approach and trust when handling day-to-day situations.

In his personal life, Jhensen enjoys outdoor activities, gymnastics and traveling.
