Kristina joined CCA in September of 2020, taking on a hybrid role consisting of Customer Service, Marketing responsibilities, and leading internal initiatives on CCA’s Sustainability journey as well.

She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management and brings with her 23 years of customer service experience.

While customer service has always been a fundamental role in her career, her passion is using her creative talents. Manufacturing found her in 2015 and as a person who has a curiosity for mechanical things, it has kept her interest.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She is an avid gamer, enjoys crafting delicious food for those around her, and wields a mean crochet hook.
